ASK ABOUT OUR REDUCED FEE ARRANGEMENT
We believe every injured person should have access to competent, efficient and effective legal representation. To help those who have been injured, we offer a Reduced Fee Arrangement in qualifying Personal Injury cases.
We, like most lawyers, do these cases on a contingency fee basis. It is usually 33%, and can be higher in complex matters. We offer our Reduced Fee Arrangement to certain individuals who qualify (Veterans and current clients qualify for a reduced fee, among others). Under our Reduced Fee Arrangement, we receive 30% if we can settle your case pre-suit (we usually can) and 35% if we must file a lawsuit.
This may not seem like a big difference, but even a small reduction can net you more money. Take, for example, a personal injury settlement of $100,000. A fee reduced 3% means you can put an additional $3000 in your pocket! If you had a lawyer charging you 40%, this would be a $10,000 difference in your favor!
